Went to get a few t shirts for my nephew and the site told me to download the app to get 20% off. Did so, filled my cart, and no discount at check out. Talk to customer service. Got a canned response from a computer so screw it! They just are in it to steal your data. Crappy company won't shop here again.
I ordered a tshirt, a simple tshirt, the first week of June. Received notice that it was completed June 12, would arrive in ten days. Without notice, the delivery was pushed back longer and longer, and the special-needs young girl for whom I ordered it tried hard to understand. As of July 8, the Redbubble site shows my order not ready to ship. Redbubble says now that Covid delays the delivery, but it hasn't even shipped. Blaming its uncaring incompetence on UPS or whoever they utilize is wrong, a lie, if you haven't even shipped something. The artist' won't respond to my direct communication, and Redbubble wants only to hide behind lies and claims that someone else is responsible for its glaring shortcomings. Advise that you turn to Zazzle or others who contract dependable vendors or who will at least accept responsibility instead of pivoting away from accountability.

This site provides such a wide variety of tees, many classics and many original designs. Lots of choice in style too. Measurements are accurate. Recommend this site 100%
I signed up as an artist to sell my work on Red Bubble. I wondered why I received no money form the sale of my work so I logged into my account the other day and to my horror discovered that the bank account info in my account was not mine, I tried to change this and it wouldn't allow me to do so, so I emailed support at Red Bubble and waited ages for a reply. Juan replied telling me to log in from a new browser and try again. I did this and then my account was suspended so I emailed Juan back and a bot sent a reply, I then went back to the site and tried to log in again but was told to appeal against my account being suspended by taking a photo of myself holding up a piece of paper with today's date on it, my user name and real name and send it in with my appeal. I did all of that and the message was that they cannot guarantee a successful appeal which will take weeks. Now my account is off line as is my work - well to me anyway - I now feel that they have been paying the commission monies into their own account and don't want me to find out so they have stopped me logging in. I was getting messages to say I had made sales and the pittance due to me would be paid to me and it was a pittance, I have tried several times to email them and my email tracker shows they are not even reading my emails. They have made a lot of money and are on the stock market, I suspect they are selling people's work in Australia where they are based and not telling artists overseas, they are a bad company and they abuse and ill treat artists, I would s trongly recommend that people steer well clear of this company and its website as that will put them at risk of the same abuse as I have endured. They have bots sending you infuristing emails and they don't help when there is a problem. I am not considering legal action I feel they have stolen my work. They are crooks. (Attached is a photo of what I now see when I try to access my profile on Red Bubbe).
Obsessive tesla the designer we chose has a flair for the unusual. Also the designs are on quality products.
Only two of the three products I ordered arrived. And the two that did arrive are unbelievably poor quality.
First, my order took over one month to arrive. Then the design on my sweatshirt disappeared after ONE wash. I washed it inside out in cold water in a normal cycle in my washing machine. I could have spent a lot less if I had gone to Walmart to get a plain back sweatshirt, and it would look better.
Don't bother selling on Redbubble.
If you are an artist on RedBubble STOP RIGHT NOW.
They will close your account with no explanation, no warning, adn will refuse to give you the reasons they closed your account.
They do this to thousands of artists every month (you can see some of these artist leaving reviews here).
They closed my account which I had spend 5 months, 70 hours per week working on (well over 500 designs) , not breaching their terms, with no warning. When I asked for an explanation this is the response I got
"As mentioned in our previous message, we are not able to review all account Suspension appeals. If your request is reviewed by someone from our specialized team, we will let you know in a separate email within two weeks.
Responding to this email may result in an automatic denial, making your account suspension permanent."
You can see that they threatened to make my account suspension permanent if I dare ask more questions. This was after I advised them I was disabled and trying to earn from Redbubble because I can no longer work due to my disability (medical) .
They aren't professional in their response and seem to discriminate against me with threats after I told them I was disabled.
There are plenty of other places to sell your art other then Redbubble and I would suggest you stop selling on Redbubble and move to any of the following.
Society6, FineArtAmerica, Artpal, Teespring, Thgreadless, Spreadshirt, Zazzle, DesignbyHumand etc.
Something is odd about these customer service reviews because I kept going back and forth trying to find a contact email address or phone number and got nothing. The order is past it's due date and I am not even sure if I am ever going to receive it! How do you contact this company?
I bought a hoodie, and it was too big. Redbubble sent me a new one without cost - and I could just keep the other one. Thats service!
Great quality stickers, when I did a mistake in my address they were very helpful and they replied very fast. Also a very big variety for everyone that supports small artists
What started out as a great site, easy to navigate and get your store up and running turned out to be the complete opposite!
The remove your artwork without any explanation, yet they allow obvious copyright artwork to be sold on their site. Like many of the others have experienced, Redbubble DOES NOT respond back to you 99% of the time. And when they, they just send out a form letter with ZERO explanation.
It is sad that they have a monopoly compared to other similar sites.
I've purchased a few items from the site and all have been great.
Really just an awful site, i really want to like it, i created an account few years back but they stopped using that form of log in? Idk what exactly happened and i was not able to log back in.
So i created a new account and as i was confirming my email to uploading a picture i created
I go to look up my address but it logged me out due to inactivity, was a short time but ok what ever
I go back to logging in and find out my account is now suspended.
Yeah. Think i will take my business else where thanks...

I sell digital art here, and have seen many people selling photography. When someone purchases my design, I receive an email and the sale shows up in my sales history within a few minutes. Uploading images can be frustrating if they aren't the right size to fit the products you want to sell, but if you know how to resize images you should be fine. However, there are some old (2011 ish) reports of RedBubble deleting accounts yet continuing to sell the art uploaded by said accounts. I haven't seen this happen recently, but exercise caution and read the fine print before deciding to use the website. Other good options for you with better reviews would be Spreadshirt, Bigcartel, and Etsy, however RedBubble is the easiest and cheapest site to sell your design on things like mugs and bathmats with. If you run a photography business, I would stay away from here just due to risk of ruining your reputation if things go wrong. You could also try local printers, or buying your own t-shirt press.

I haven't experienced it firsthand, but RedBubble is known to rip-off artists by deleting their account but continuing to sell the designs. these claims go back as far as 2011. A lot of the newer reviews that are positive seem fake because of how they are all typed the same and have generic names. If I were you, I would try my luck at Spreadshirt, Bigcartel, or Etsy instead.
